Reporting to the Area Manager Muswellbrook, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a work group to deliver allocated work to ensure the operational integrity, reliability and efficiency of asset:s in the Rail Corridor We are seeking someone with Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and motivate a work group for effective performance Knowledge of Safety Management Systems and WH&S principles, and an ability to implement the principles Experience in track and/or civil infrastructure maintenance Strong safety focus with the ability to challenge the status quo Sound oral and written communication skills Proven planning experience and the ability to work in an organised manner. Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Current C class drivers license and solid computer skills Appointment is subject to ARTC's medical fitness standards relative to the position.
